Questions About the School Bus System

Does this work for schools that outsource transport to a contractor?

The system works for schools managing their own buses as well as third-party transport contractors running buses for multiple schools.

Do students need RFID cards or can it work without them?

RFID cards are the most reliable method. However, the system also supports manual check-in via the driver app for schools that prefer not to use RFID.

Is the parent app included or an add-on?

The parent app is included as part of the platform for both iOS and Android. The school controls which parents have access.

Can one transport company manage buses for multiple schools?

Yes. Multiple schools can be managed under a single transport contractor account, each with their own routes, students, and reporting.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the number of buses, routes, and students. We handle all setup, data loading, and training.
