It is flexible enough to power very different transport businesses — from small rental fleets to large corporate operations running hundreds of vehicles across multiple cities. The platform scales with you as your business grows.
RentaCab exists because the operators we were already tracking kept asking for the half of the business the tracker does not cover. A GPS platform tells a rental company where its cars are; it does not take the booking, assign the driver, price the job, invoice the corporate account at month end or tell the passenger their car is outside. Those are the tasks that actually consume a dispatcher's day, and they were being done on a phone and a spreadsheet next to a live map.
Three kinds of operator use it, and they use it differently. A car rental company runs it mostly for bookings, contracts and billing. A corporate transport operator runs it for scheduled staff movements and the account reporting the client demands. A ride-hailing or on-demand business runs it for dispatch and the driver app. Same platform, different centre of gravity — which is why it is configured per operator rather than sold as a fixed product.
