Most of the redesign work that reaches us starts the same way: the product works, but people do not finish what they came to do. They abandon the form, they call instead of booking, they use one screen and ignore the rest. That is a design problem before it is a development problem, and rebuilding the front end without answering it just moves the same drop-off somewhere prettier.
Designing for Qatar has one requirement that design teams outside the region routinely miss: the interface has to work in Arabic as well as English, which means right-to-left layouts, mirrored navigation and icons, and type that stays readable in both scripts. We build that into the design system rather than retrofitting it, because retrofitting RTL into a finished interface is close to a rebuild.

Either. Plenty of clients take the designs to their own developers and that is fine — the handoff is a documented design system, not a folder of screenshots. But the web and software teams sit in the same group, so if you want one company accountable from research through to a live product, that is the normal route.
Yes, and it is designed that way from the start rather than mirrored at the end. Right-to-left layouts change navigation, icon direction, form alignment and line length, and bilingual type needs both scripts to sit comfortably at the same sizes. Our own site runs Arabic pages on the same system.
By testing it before it is built. Interactive prototypes go in front of real users while changes are still cheap, and the things we measure afterwards are the ones that cost you money — completed forms, completed bookings, support calls avoided — rather than how the screens look in a portfolio.
Usually, yes. A review of where users drop off normally points at a handful of screens rather than the whole product, and fixing those is faster and far cheaper than a rebuild. We will tell you honestly if the structure underneath is the real problem.
Access to the product or the plan for it, a sense of who uses it, and whoever in your team knows why it works the way it does. If you have analytics or support tickets, those are the fastest route to the real problems — they show what users actually do rather than what anyone assumes.
