Rapport Campus: School Management Platform for Schools in Qatar and India

Rapport Campus is a school management platform that runs the school bus, the classroom, PE and learning on one student record and one login. Built by Rapport Group in Doha and Kottayam on the GPS platform that already tracks 15,000+ vehicles in Qatar — with a parent app, online fee collection and modules a school can buy one at a time.

Most school software is built for the office and the parent; the child only ever sees homework due. A typical school in Doha or Kochi runs on five systems at once — a bus-tracking login from one vendor, an ERP or spreadsheets for fees, a separate attendance app, WhatsApp groups for announcements and paper for PE. Nobody has the child’s whole day in one place, and the parent has five apps and a group chat.

Rapport Campus puts the bus, the classroom, PE and learning on a single student record. Admitting a child creates the student, the family link and the bus stop in one step. The bus gate scan pre-fills the class register. The same monthly invoice carries tuition, transport and PE. And a parent signs in once, with a WhatsApp code, to see every child in one app.

It is built on three working pieces rather than from a blank page: Trackntraces, the GPS and IVMS platform Rapport has run in Qatar since 2018, which already carries school transport operators and private schools; the admissions-to-payroll school office Rapport built for a learning centre in Kuwait; and Kinetiq, the PE programme whose first pilot runs at a school in Kerala from November 2026. A fourth module, Learn, is new: ten-minute activities generated from what was actually taught today, with a tutor character that gives hints and never the answer first — and a teacher who approves everything.

Every module stands alone. A school in Doha may want only the bus; a school in Kochi only PE; a tuition centre only Learn. The core — students, classes, families, announcements, WhatsApp — is free with any module, so a school can start with the one problem that hurts and add the rest when it is ready. Rapport Campus is being readied for the 2027 academic year, and we are taking a limited number of early-access schools in Qatar and Kerala now.

One core, five modules

What Rapport Campus covers

01

Transport & GPS: a tracker on the bus, not a phone in a pocket

A Teltonika unit wired to every bus reports to Trackntraces, so the position never depends on an attendant’s phone. Tap, QR or NFC attendance at the door, a 6-digit handover code at the stop, an ETA per stop that learns the usual time within two weeks, trip playback for any complaint, and driver scores for speeding, harsh braking and route deviation.

02

Parent app: one login, every child

Parents sign in once with a WhatsApp code — no password to forget — and see each child as a tab: the bus on a live map with “arrives in 6 min”, who boarded and when, today’s class and homework, PE progress with a clip of their own child, and a Sunday note in plain words about learning. The app carries the school’s own name and logo.

03

Admissions and the student record

Enquiries from the website, WhatsApp, walk-ins and referrals land in one pipeline with follow-ups and seat availability by class. Admitting a child creates the person, the family link and — if the school runs buses — the passenger record and stop in a single step, so nothing is typed twice.

04

Attendance filled in from the bus gate

The scan at the bus door and the class register write to the same append-only attendance table, so the teacher opens a register that is already filled and only confirms exceptions. Nothing about a child’s day is ever silently rewritten; every change leaves an audit trail.

05

Timetable, homework and marks

Timetable and batches feed both Learn and PE. Homework review gets an optional first-pass comment the teacher edits — never auto-published to a child. Marks entry shows the class pattern before publishing, so a mis-keyed score is caught before a parent sees it.

06

Fees, online payment and payroll by country

Tuition, transport and PE appear as price lines on one monthly invoice, payable online. Multi-currency for QAR, KWD and INR. Payroll rules are per-country plug-ins: Qatar WPS files, Kuwait PIFSS and gratuity, and India PF, ESI and professional tax — with one leave flow for teachers, trainers, drivers and attendants.

07

Kinetiq PE: the module nobody measures today

A trainer session runner with skill ratings, an on-device Movement Scan that scores a jump or a throw without the video ever leaving the phone, a seven-point Skill DNA per child per term, an AI coach that drafts the session for the trainer to approve, and a tournament engine with a big-screen scoreboard and certificates sent on WhatsApp.

08

Learn: a ten-minute quest from today’s lesson

Learn turns the student app into somewhere the child goes to play, with the teacher’s timetable deciding what the play is about. A quest built from what was taught today, a Buddy that hints and never answers first, a mastery map per subject, a reading corner at the child’s level and “explain it to me” from a photographed textbook page — in English, Arabic, Malayalam or Hindi. Teachers approve every quest before a child sees it.

09

Built for children’s data: DPDP Act and PDPPL from day one

Every user of Learn is a minor, so the design starts from India’s DPDP Act 2023 and Qatar’s PDPPL: verifiable parental consent per child per feature, no tracking or profiling for ads, permissions enforced in the database for every role, and an AI gate that strips the child’s identity before any request leaves the system. Data stays in the deployment’s region.

Pricing

How Rapport Campus is priced

Per student per month, per module, with a discount for each module a school adds. The core is free with any module, and GPS hardware is never sold outright — it comes inside a per-vehicle subscription, as it does for every Trackntraces customer.

01

The free core

Students and classes, families and guardians, roles and permissions, announcements, WhatsApp login and the school’s own brand in the parent app — included with any paid module, at no charge.

02

Module fees, per student per month

Transport, Academics, Kinetiq PE and Learn are each priced per enrolled student per month. A school that takes two or more modules pays less per module. Quoted by student count and modules chosen.

03

GPS hardware as a subscription

Each bus carries a Teltonika tracker fitted by Rapport’s own technicians, included in a 24–36 month per-vehicle plan with data SIM and support — the same model Rapport’s transport customers already run. One unit covers every child on that bus.

04

Fee collection and parent plans

Online payment on the school’s own invoices carries a small platform fee quoted per school. Learn is also available directly to parents as a monthly plan without a school, with the board and class chosen at sign-up.

Rapport Campus launches for the 2027 academic year. Send the number of students, buses and the modules you are interested in to info@rapportme.com or WhatsApp +974 6605 4805 and we will send a quote and a pilot plan. Schools in Kerala can also reach the Kottayam office.

FAQ

Rapport Campus — common questions from schools

Rapport Campus is a school management platform from Rapport Group that runs school transport, academics, PE and student learning on one student record and one login. It has four apps — Console for the office, Teach for teachers and trainers, Ops for drivers and attendants, and Family for parents and students — and five modules a school can buy separately.
Both, on one record. The Transport module is a full school bus tracking system — a GPS unit on every bus, boarding attendance, parent alerts and driver scores — and the Academics module is the school office: admissions, timetable, attendance, homework, marks, fees and payroll. A school can run either on its own or both together.
Yes. Each module — Transport, Academics, Kinetiq PE and Learn — stands alone, and the core (students, classes, families, announcements, WhatsApp login) is free with any of them. A school in Doha can take only Transport, a school in Kochi only Kinetiq PE, and a tuition centre only Learn, then add modules later without migrating anything.
A parent signs in once with a 6-digit WhatsApp code to the phone number they gave the school — no password. Each child appears as a tab showing the bus on a live map with an arrival time, boarding and alighting events, today’s classes and homework, PE progress and a weekly note on learning. The app carries the school’s own name and logo.
Per student per month, per module, with a discount for each module added. The core is free. GPS hardware for buses is included in a 24–36 month per-vehicle subscription rather than sold. Online fee collection carries a small platform fee quoted per school. Send your student count and the modules you want and we will quote it.
CBSE first, which covers Indian schools in Qatar and the Gulf as well as schools in Kerala and across India. Kerala State, Qatar Ministry of Education and British curricula follow as schools on those boards join. A teacher can also type a weekly topic plan in five minutes, so Learn works without the Academics module.
The design starts from India’s DPDP Act 2023 and Qatar’s PDPPL. Parental consent is recorded per child per feature and checked on every call. Permissions are enforced in the database for every role, attendance is append-only with an audit log, and the AI gate removes the child’s name, phone, photos and location before anything is sent to the model. Data stays in the deployment’s region.
The apps are built in English and Arabic, with every string tested in both. Learn’s Buddy and reading corner work in English, Arabic, Malayalam and Hindi, and the parent’s weekly note is written in English or Arabic. A school chooses its default language and families can switch.
No. Buses already fitted with Teltonika units for Trackntraces feed Rapport Campus directly; the Transport module adds the student attendance, parent app and handover layer on top of the tracking you have. New buses are fitted by Rapport’s own technicians during holidays or out of school hours.
