Yes. Every container is registered with its own ID, type, site and zone, whether it is a 240-litre wheeled bin or a roll-on skip. The container register is what the manifests are built from, so mixed estates are the normal case rather than an exception.
By pulling the task record for that bin on that date: whether it was scheduled, whether it was completed, by which vehicle, at what time, with the vehicle's location history alongside it. If it genuinely was missed, the exception alert will already have flagged it on the day.
