How pricing works
Every fleet is quoted individually, but the structure never changes, and the planning figure used across this site — about QAR 1,200 per vehicle a year for hardware and platform together, roughly QAR 100 a month — is a fair number for a standard tracker on a light vehicle.
Hardware, bought outright
A Teltonika GPS tracker per vehicle. The model depends on what you need to read: location and ignition only, or CAN-bus fuel and engine data, or driver-ID and temperature add-ons.
Installation
Carried out by Rapport’s technicians at your premises in Qatar and quoted with the hardware. Standard installs take minutes per vehicle; CAN-bus and sensor work takes longer.
Platform subscription, per vehicle per month
Covers the Trackntraces platform, data storage, live map, reports, alerts, the mobile app and support. Billed monthly or annually.
What moves the price
Fleet size, the tracker model, sensors (fuel, temperature, driver ID, cameras), contract length, and whether IVMS compliance reporting is required.
